We know you are excited to get your order from Sugar Plum Baby, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

AUS POST NOTICE

We ship with Australia Post and they are currently experiencing delays in their delivery times as COVID-19 has made a large impact in their systems and ability to ship products effectively. 

Due to social distancing measures, signatures are no longer required when receiving your order.

WHERE IS YOUR HQ AND WAREHOUSE BASED?

Our office is located in Sydney, NSW, stock is located at either Melbourne or Sydney warehouse.

IS DELIVERY FREE?

Delivery is free when you place an order with Sugar Plum Baby. I some cases, if you live in a rural area, Australia Post do charge a rural shipping fee. We will contact you if this applies to you. 

HOW LONG TILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

We process all orders within 24 - 48 hours of your payment, ensuring you get your package as soon as possible. 

You will receive your package usually within 7-12 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependent on how fast AusPost are since their enterprise is experiencing large volumes of package delivery.

Our estimated delivery times for Australian Customers are:

• VIC, NSW, QLD & SA -  Allow up to 9-12 days, however your order usually arrives in around 4-9 days from dispatch.
• WA , TAS and all other rural areas - Allow up to 12-14 days, however your order usually arrives in around 5-11 days from dispatch.
• Customised products can take 3 - 5 weeks
